We were both walk-ons. We ran our own recruiting and learned firsthand how difficult it was to keep everything current and get it in front of the right people. SiteMVP is the product we wish we had.
It is now publicly available on iOS. We are in the early stages of bringing it to athletes, learning from real use, and refining how it goes to market.

Mychal works across product research, experience design, and go-to-market strategy. He brings experience spanning technical sales, solutions engineering, entrepreneurship, and athlete development, including several years at Webflow helping organizations design and implement scalable web solutions.
At Nice Day Labs, Mychal leads product strategy and experience design, translating research and lived experience into the workflows, positioning, and market approach behind SiteMVP.
Gerard Martinez Jr.
Gerard works across research, systems architecture, and software engineering. He has a decade of experience building mission-critical software spanning low-level systems, full-stack applications, and applied AI. He spent 7 years at Qualcomm, leaving as a Staff Engineer, and later built production systems for an algorithmic trading firm.
At Nice Day Labs, Gerard leads engineering and system design, serving as the architect behind SiteMVP from original design through its App Store release.
